Fuzzy Logic Controlled Ćuk Converter

As we know Ćuk converter is one of the most versatile dc-dc converter which can operate in both Buck and Boost mode and possesses the advantages of both Buck converter and Boost Converter that is low output ripple voltage and continuous input and output current. In this paper a closed loop Fuzzy logic controlled Ćuk converter is developed and compared with both PID and PI Controlled counterpart with same parameters in MATLAB SIMULINK. Compared results show that the Fuzzy Logic Controlled Converter performs significantly better than the PID and PI Counterparts.
