Social Networking plays a very important part in our day to day life to share our views on various issues those arise. As it opened new means of communication between masses to share their thoughts. As large volume of data is generated over most of the social networking sites such as FaceBook, Twitter, and other micro blogging sites. The data from these sites can be very useful for the purpose of analysis. In this paper a survey is given for various data analysis approaches which are currently deployed for the purpose of mining of data for various purposes on twitter data using language model and various characteristics with precision recall modeling approach.
