Systems Behaviour and Implications for Service-Dominant Logic
Philip Godsiff, Roger Maull, Phil Davies · 2018
This chapter considers the influence of Systems Thinkinga way of viewing, defining, analysing and intervening in the "real" world (Checkland, 1999)on the ongoing development of service-dominant logic ( S-D logic).S-D logic explicitly acknowledges the influence of Systems Thinking, alongside Institutional Logic, in its adoption of systems concepts and a holistic service ecosystems approach. This chapter reviews the systems thinking developments of S-D logic which have been influenced by Systems Thinking, and then suggests six exploration avenues for S-D logic based on Systems Thinking approaches.
