Improving Security and Performance Parameter using Social Skeleton in heterogeneous VDTN

VDTN is the application of mobile DTN having irregular/disruptive connections between the nodes. The paper discusses and simulates a methodology for Improving Security and Performance Parameter using Social Skeleton in heterogeneous VDTN. The scenario of Katra Town with predefined different Social Skeletons (nodes/linkages) with heterogeneous characteristics is analyzed against predefined standard protocols. The performance parameters which are analyzed are Over Head Ratio, Average Latency and Delivery Probability. The results shows improved and/comparable results with improved security feature.
