Algorithm of Calculation the Morbidity Rate in the Metropolis

According to the infection spread modern megacities are very dangerous environment. One of the critical factor is population density. In addition, there are number of criteria that affect the morbidity rate. To prevent the danger, a special automated system is required, which allow to calculate the infection spread rate. Important feature of the designed system is applying of the complex approach for the most accurate calculation.
