WR-06 Power Standard Devices

A dc power substitution WR-06 calorimeter element was fabricated on a 500 um thick Si absorbing substrate. This element has now been used in NIM WR-06 power standard systems. The design uses integrated thermo resistive sensing and resistive power substitution elements deposited on the substrate The power absorbing layer, temperature sensor and heating resistor were integrated in the device.
