Precision Active Arm Bridge with Two Channel Voltage Source for Resistance Measurements of the Standards

Precision active arm bridge with two channel voltage source is being developed to improve high resistance measurements and scaling from 100 MΩ to 100 TΩ. Preliminary tests of the bridge have been made. The tests confirmed accuracy and stability of a new two-channel voltage source designed to be used in the bridge.
