Proposal to Encode the Zanabazar Square Script in ISO/IEC 10646

This is a proposal to encode the Zanabazar Square script in the Unicode Standard. The script was published in Unicode 10.0 in June 2017. Zanabazar Square was an historic script used to write Tibetan, Mongolian, and Sanskrit.
