A Platform to Support the Care and Assistance of Community-Dwelling Older Adults

The project Social Cooperation for Integrated Assisted Living (SOCIAL) aims to develop a services platform with the required structural components for the development of applications to empower community-dwelling older adults and their informal caregivers, to promote the care integration, and to strengthen the social care institutions. This paper presents the system requirements and the high-level architecture of the SOCIAL platform.
