The Internet of things (IoT) technologies are witnessing an ever increasing interest in supply chain management. Where many communications in the IoT based suppy chain network are based on point-to-multipoint communication paradigm. So, the supply chain can be modeled in multi branch tree form for different companies. As security is a key aspect to pave the way to IoT deployment, this architecture will be based on Merkle Tree that has proved its robustness and efficiency for key management. In this paper, we propose a supply chain design to efficiently manage a group key in our tree based architecture for supply chain managgement. In our dynamic IoT based supply chain, we will try to reduce the computational overhead and network traffic due to supply chain changes caused by items joins and leaves.
