In this paper, the image automatic recognition technology is used to preprocess the images of digital ammeter and digital voltmeter dial, determine the digital boundary, correct and tilt images, and then use single digital segmentation and recognition, so as to realize the function of automatic identification of digital ammeter and digital emammeter. This paper develops a robust system for automatic identification of digital ammeter and digital voltmeter. The recognition of character, number and the condition of the two is also studied, and a series of recognition processes, serial classifier, is designed. Design of rough classifier;Design of rough classifier neural network for radial basis function probability;Training algorithm;Denial of recognition standards;Design subdivision class. Experiments show that the recognition rate reaches 98%, which is feasible.
