Cybercrime and human rights: A case for the due process of internet criminals

\tThe internet has grown dramatically over the last few decades. It has developed to be a platform that connects billions of users world-wide. Its functions range from work to social uses. Nonetheless, the internet has also been used for criminal activities. However, the laws dealing with the regulation have not evolved as quickly as the evolution of the internet itself. One of the notable challenges is the failure of the law to deal with cyber crimes and human rights. From this prism, this paper undertakes a forensic review of the issues that arise in the prosecution of internet criminals.
