In this study, we address a research direction on haptic feedback-driven object presence in immersive Augmented Reality (AR). We reviewed 30 current studies in regard of sensory feedback in domain of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Virtuality (AV), AR and Virtual Environment (VE). According to three studies, we may claim that using a pseudo-haptic feedback, which enable to substitute haptic feedback, is a main factor to overcome the technical issue in immersive AR in current stage. As we conduct meta-analysis, we found that current issues have mainly announced the using haptic feedback for object presence in various area including seven studies of immersive VR and six studies of non-immersive AR. We expect that this study shall step forward on a further AR studies and contribute researchers to find out the major point beginning their research in this domain.
