Wireless sensor is an evolving technology that can be applied where manual efforts cannot be concerned such as fire response, traffic monitoring, military command and others serious applications. A distinct number of network topologies such as mesh, tree, star etc. are used in WSN communication systems to make the data transfer rate faster. Apart from that, data security is another major aspect in any communication system. In a sensor network, a sensor node combines sensing, communication and computation in a tiny device. To achieve the main goal of the applications, there is a need of collaboration of each and every sensor node. It is necessary because before reaching data up to the base station, it is prone to diverse types of attacks. One of the major challenges in securing sensor networks is all the factors that must be accounted for resource constraints, dynamic topologies, limited physical security and no infrastructure. It validates the user and source during the communication in wireless sensor network with low complexity and with less communication overheads. Hence, the time and space complexities of used signature generation and detection techniques should be as less as the light weight and heavy devices can cope up with them. In this paper, we have proposed a technique to analyze the Cyclomatic Complexity and risk in WSN. The complexity and risk analysis are done by calculating the Throughput and Cyclomatic complexity, offered by the proposed technique.
