Zhuxian Zhang, Zhu Peidong, Xue Yang, Zi Wang, Liu Xu · 2018
This report introduces three different physical connections of network: DSLAM, WiMax and PON. DSLAM device is easy to access DSL network; WiMax is defined as one of the technology to satisfy such demand at a lower cost and fast deployment; PON has strong benefits in bandwidth. Then analyze the research results which each member individually achieved and conclude on the integration of 3 types of techniques in rural networks.
