Photonic memory based on all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots is developed by Ye Zhou, Su-Ting Han, and co-workers in article number 1802883. Synaptic functions with the benefit of light are emulated at the device-level. This concept constitutes an innovative paradigm of applications for integrating photonic and neuromorphic computing.
