Multiple Regression Based Cloud Adoption Factors for Online Firms

The cloud computing is a new breakthrough in the information technology field and is suddenly omnivorous. It shares on-demand computing resources that are bestowed and discarded efficiently. It has a wide array of benefits for businesses and consumers. In spite of several benefits, there embeds numerous challenges such as data security, data privacy, loss of data control, data confidentiality, trust on service providers of cloud etc. The purpose of our research is both exploratory and descriptive, because the research identifies the cloud adoption influencing factors for online firms. This research work finds the factors and analyzes their affects on online firms in adopting cloud technology. Pearson Correlation Analysis method is used to test the hypothesis of the objective `To study the impact of the key factors affecting the intention to adopt Cloud Technology by Online Firms'. Multiple regression analysis is used to prove the hypothesis.
