Torch Discharge Active Resistance Determination Considering Its Equivalent Inductance

The presented paper is a continuation of the original authors' approach for a determination of a resistance of the torch discharge (Rd) extended by an inductance L of the discharge. The formula for calculation of Rdusing the measurement data obtained at two frequencies is proposed.
