The main constraint of Wireless sensor network is energy consumption. Many researchers have investigated resource constrained algorithms which can increase the life span and reduce the energy used. Dynamic clustering is a very important technique for energy preservation but main concerns in designing this method are selection of cluster heads, proper distribution of cluster heads in a network and no. of nodes in a cluster etc. In this paper, a dynamic clustering method is proposed and designed which takes care of various issues while making cluster and also during data transmission.
