New characterizations of the CMP inverse of matrices

Characterizations and expressions of the CMP inverse are given. The relationships between the CMP inverse and some well-known generalized inverses are investigated. The characterizations for which Moore-Penrose inverse and the core part of A commute are obtained by using the CMP inverse. Moreover, a new binary relation based on the CMP inverse is introduced and investigated.
