Tangible interface for 3D object manipulation in public exhibitions
Frédéric Rayar · 2017
We present in this paper an ergonomic and tangible input to manipulate virtual 3D objects. This study takes place in the context of the manipulation of 3D virtual objects by the general public in exhibitions of museums or others institutes. To do so, we take advantage of an off-the-shelf connected ball, namely the Sphero ™. We present the user evaluation we will conduct in order to evaluate the learnability and usability of the proposed solution.
