Supporting the Process of Training Specialists in an Integrated Educational Environment

In the conditions of growth of the digital economy there are changes in the educational process, caused by the introduction of electronic and distance learning technologies. The learning process takes place in an information-rich environment that requires flexible change management. The purpose of maintenance the process of training specialists in the university is to get more objective feedback for the management of the learning process and to organize the structure and content of training resources effectively for each student. It is necessary to take into account the individual differences, preferences, needs and goals of students, the dynamics of “growth” in the level of knowledge, classify students into groups based on personal characteristics of the cognitive sphere, find templates and apply measures for adapting and customizing the individual learning process. Technologies of intelligent (virtual) agents based on data mining methods allow to implement the approach of designing a personal educational environment controlled by data.
