Routing for Ad-hoc Networks with Densely Populated Nodes and Frequent Communication

Junpei Tokunaga, Ryo Kanemitsu, Hiroyuki Ebara · 2018

We propose a mobile ad hoc network that is robust against high density node environment, assuming a situation in which nodes are overcrowded and communication becomes difficult in environments where event venues and evacuation centers at the time of disaster. In this proposed method, nodes are autonomously clustered to propose a strong mobile ad hoc network when congestion occurs. By network simulation, we have confirmed high tolerance against network congestion compared with the conventional method.
