Copyright Protection in the External Private Cloud using a Multi-Agent System and Chebyshev Polynomials

Since its advent, the cloud computing has been largely adopted by many businesses owing to its numerous tempting benefits such as low-cost network computing and its huge capacity of storage. However, these features might play a double role, bringing about positive and negative effects. For instance, such paradigm might facilitate software piracy, illegal copying and other security issues like copyright violation of multimedia data. In this regards, the aim of this paper is to propose a scheme that will overcome the problem of copyright violation of multimedia data by proving the data ownership in the external private cloud using digital watermarking and Chebyshev cryptosystem.
