In order to solve the interfere problem in complex electromagnetic environment, NC-OFDM and TDCS are efficient transmit wave form proposed for cognitive radio. The spectral efficiency and the applicable environment of TDCS are different from NC-OFDM. The simulation results show that NC-OFDM can obta
