In actual systems, such as frequency source, power amplifier, mixer, filter and A/D converter, it is inevitable to introduce wideband amplitude/phase error. And the time, temperature and environmental change and aging device can also cause changes in the channel between different frequency amplitude/ phase error, the channel between different frequency point amplitude/phase inconsistency (mismatch) will seriously affect the performance of digital beam-forming and pulse compression results and cancellation ratio. This paper discusses that the channel amplitude/phase inconsistency of wideband digital array radar affects the pulse compression, beam forming and so forth, and researches and analyzes of channel equalization method, the least equalization in frequency domain, the simulation and experimental results based on the experimental data show that the method of wideband digital array radar channel equalization effectively that can be applied to practical engineering.
