Delay - dependent robust stability of neural networks with time-varying delays

This study is concerned with the problem of delay - dependent robust stability for neural networks with time- varying delays. Through constructing appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, combined with reciprocally convex combination technique and Wirtingers inequality approach, the delay-dependent robust stability criteria are derived. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method.
