A cloud-based service broker provides inter mediation to user request and resources required by user. It helps for the better performance of the cloud and user get fast processing speed. On the other hand, load balancing among cloud resources ensures efficient use of a physical infrastructure and at the same time minimizes response time. Factors like communication overhead results in the loss of energy in cloud environment. We have observed that this energy can be saved by applying fuzzy rules over it. In this paper we have proposed one algorithm in which we implement fuzzy rules with service broker algorithm to enhance its performance. We implement this algorithm in simulation environment and results prove the improvement in existing and proposed algorithm.
