The cloud computing platform in face of large-scale and highly flexible needs is difficult to satisfy in a short time, and the traditional cloud host based on the virtual machine consumes much system resources itself. But Docker as the representative of the container virtualization technologies can solve this defect effectively. Firstly, in this paper, we compare the executing process of docker and rkt, and then we introduce the interaction model with the Linux system. Lastly, we analyze performances of Docker and Rkt based on Kubernetes, and the performances are tested by special tools to meet basic requirements.
