In modern Internet network, there are many original protocol design deficiencies. Particularly, in the current mainstream IPv4 network environment. The public IP addresses are insufficient for general use, and this causes many difficulties to construct an Internet real-time monitoring system for using the client and server structure. A monitoring system based on Botnet structure is proposed in this study. Botnet is a network communication technology and often used by Internet hackers to control compromised hosts. This proposed monitoring structure has many benefits. One of the most important benefits is that the real-time control can be achieved in the private IP environment. The monitoring system based on this kind of network structure has the flexibility to add or modify some monitoring client nodes in the wireless or mobile network environment. Then, a more rapid and stable monitoring platform can be constructed through our proposed monitoring system architecture.
