Feature based evaluation of hotel reviews and ratings for differently abled people

Hotel industry is an essential in professional as well as casual events. People with disability face problems as the products and services available focus mostly on general public. This system focuses on the features that are essential to a disabled person for booking a hotel room or service. It is a web application which gives review of the feedback that is posted by various users. We classify the reviews according to the features such as reachability, infrastructure, staff efficiency, food, hospitality. The System is a portal that displays the feature based ranks of each hotel based on reviews using opinion mining. The user can view the hotel ranks feature wise and select accordingly. People can check whether or not the hotel fulfills their special needs. They can hence decide which hotel to accommodate before they reach the place.
