Take the agile software development team as a research object to investigate: the results indicate that Ganqing and Renqing of stakeholders have a significant positive effect on the absorbing ability of team. On the other hand, the team absorptive capacity has a positive impact on software development speed. The investigation result also indicates the team absorptive capacity play a partial intermediating role among Ganqing, Mianzi of stakeholders and geographically distributed software development speed.
