Markov chain-based flight operations risk analysis

Flight data recorded by Quick Access Recorder (QAR) can accurately reflect aircraft's flight conditions and pilot's operations. By analyzing the relationship between flight parameter data and pilot's operations, the risk analysis of flight operations is carried out to provide guidance for pilots' training. For specific types of flight parameter exceedances, this paper employs an analysis model constructed by interval partition and Markov method to analyze the potential dangers of flight operations. The analysis results can help reduce the incidence of flight exceedances and improve flight safety.
