Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANETs) has considered as a more challenging class of wireless communication system which can change positions and construct itself on the fly. Due to the drastic and unpredictable changes in network topology with absence of any centralized control this field of wireless communication network has fetch many unique research issues and attain a huge attention of researchers. In MANETs nodes may appear-disappear and re-appear in a route frequently which makes routing protocols working more complicated in comparison of a typical wired LAN or ad-hoc network. Additionally, due to high mobility the routing protocols that are designed according to the architecture of wired or cellular networks are not sufficient for Mobile Ad-hoc Networks and perform poorly. Hence, a highly adaptive routing scheme is required to deal with the dynamic environment of MANETs. To optimize the link connectivity and QoS of MANETs a new effective on-demand steering procedure TEAODV (Throughput Efficient AODV) has proposed in this paper. To show the significance of proposed approach it has simulate with traditional and modern algorithm under NS2 with same parameters and results evidently indicates the dominance of designed approach.
