A Simple MVC Framework for Web Development Courses

One outcome of a modern web development course is students ability to understand and use an MVC framework. The question we face is which framework to choose for pedagogical purposes? We present a simple home grown PHP MVC framework, used in our courses[3], which is easy to understand, easy to use, with no hidden machinery, and which provides students with transferable skills.
