IntroductionADR was defined as "An appreciably harmful or unpleasant reaction. It results from an intervention related to the use of a medicinal product.Adverse effects usually predict hazard from future administration and warrant prevention, or specific treatment. It contributes to alternate the dosage regimen or withdrawal of the product" [1].ADRs are a major public health problem in the USA [1, 2].In 2014, for instance, adverse events reporting system which is managed by the USA that is food and drug administration (FDA) showed that 123,927 deaths were attributed to serious ADR and 807,270 serious cases were reported, which included, among others, hospitalization, life-threatening, and/or disability [2].Figure 1 [2] illustrates the patient outcome(s) for ADRs since the year 2006 until the first quarter of 2015.
