In this paper, using "belongingness )( " and "quasi-coincidence ) (q " of fuzzy points and fuzzy sets, the concept of ) , ( q -fuzzy hemirings and ) , ( q -fuzzy hemirings have been introduced and some of its properties have been investigated.
