Software agents have attracted increasing attentions from various aspects. However, very little work has been done so far in modeling and analyzing agents' behavior. This paper presents a Markovian model for agents' probabilistic behavior in decision making, by applying a non-regenerative stochastic Petri net (NRSPN), provides analytical approaches to obtain numerical solutions and optimum measures for the model.
