Modern Microelectronics as Hardware Face of Information Technologies

Development trends of contemporary microelectronics, as well as its influence on development of widely grasped information systems are discussed. It was proved, that about this development decide not only quantitative, but also qualitative reasons, such as technology of manufacturing and technology of programmable devices.
