Steganography techniques are used to hide confidential text information about patients' ECG. The process of converting plain text to cipher text is known as encryption. Encryption and cryptographic algorithm are used to secure data during transmission. In telemedicine, the patients' confidential data are hidden into ECG signal and send to the internet. At hospital server, the Steganography ECG signal and its hidden information will be stored. Only authorized doctors can extract the secret information about Steganography ECG signal. In real time applications, wireless Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) based physiological monitoring system [5] can be implemented for the purpose of telemedicine applications. New reversible data hiding technique [10] recovers the original signal without any distortion from the watermarked signal after the hidden data has been extracted. It works well on normal ECG signal and not suitable for abnormal signal in terms of QRS detection. Steganography technique masks the content of the message. Data concealment based on Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding [2] is one of the most popular techniques for data embedding which used to hide a secret data to the ECG signals using LSB embedding. The bit is altered from the LSB, because it has By
