It is common that the non-continuous spectrum fragments are too narrow to support high-speed transmission in the cognitive radio network. Discontinuous Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing is proposed to solve the problem. It can aggregate several non-continuous spectrum fragments in one radio front. So that high speed transmission becomes possible. In this paper, a novel spectrum allocation algorithm utilizing the channel capacity with varying channel fading is introduced to improve the allocation efficiency of spectrum resources, and to enlarge available transfer capability. The simulation results show that the algorithm achieves a better transfer capacity.
