With the rapid development of Internet and the wide use of computer, intelligent mobile phone, tablet computer, according to statistics Chinese Internet users has more than half of the total population, more and more channels in the life of people transmission of image and video information, so the safe transmission of image and video and security is particularly important. The traditional encryption algorithm mainly encrypts the text information or a single image, and it has a lot of inconvenience in video encryption. Based on the definition of chaotic synchronization and method, the principle of stability by using the Lyapunov index, the 5 order cellular neural network chaotic system with 4 order Chen's synchronization of hyperchaotic system, and the Arnold cat map is applied to video encryption, designed a new method for video encryption.
