Research and Design of Wuhan Education Cloud Evaluation System

Education cloud plays an important role in promoting the application of ICT in education, and improving the level of regional education development. Wuhan has done a lot of practice in education cloud, which has constructed one of the largest regional education cloud in China. Its large-scale application has been formed, including more than 1,400,000 users and serving nearly 100% primary and secondary schools of the city. This paper took Wuhan education cloud as the research object, and compiled the indicator system covered “service supply-service application-service effect”. Then, developing Wuhan education cloud evaluation system, and the quantitative evaluation of application effect of education cloud has been preliminarily realized.
