Effectiveness Analysis Framework of the Networked Operational SoS Based on Information Quality

In view of the limitation of traditional effectiveness analysis methods, the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the networked operational SoS were discussed from four aspects corresponding to its functional structure: battlefield sensing, command and control, fire strike and information distribution. According to the information interaction and functional collaboration between the internal units of the networked operational SoS, a set of performance indexes based on information quality were introduced, and the relevant calculation models were established, which provide a reference analysis framework and a serial of model tools for the research on the effectiveness of the networked operational SoS.
