PCA-Based Face Recognition Algorithm in Class Attendance

本文主要对基于PCA的人脸识别算法展开研究，首先采集图片进行预处理，然后基于AdaBoost算法进行人脸检测，采用PCA算法进行人脸识别与匹配，最终将人脸识别算法运用到移动课堂考勤平台中。本系统将人脸识别技术与课堂考勤相结合，在Android客户端完成实时考勤和考勤统计的功能。经过实验测试，本系统识别率达到75%以上。 This paper mainly studies the PCA-based face recognition algorithm. It firstly preprocesses the images collected, detects face based on AdaBoost classification algorithm, and then uses PCA algorithm for face recognition and matching. All of above can be applied to mobile attendance system. This system combines face recognition technology and class attendance, to realize real-time attendance and statistics on android client. After experimental testing, system reaches an accuracy of over 75%.
