Cyber performance situation awareness on fuzzy correlation analysis
Cheng Li, Xing Ming Li · 2017
The network has become a nerve hub in the modern society with the coming advent of the information age. Network management technology is limited to the amounted data and the complex relationships. Situation assessment, as the core of the cyber situation awareness (CSA), integrates information on all aspects of the network to reflect the current state of the network. The existing work on situation is mainly about Cyber security situation awareness. Here we focus on the changes of performance status in runtime network. With the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model and the related work on CSA, a novel research idea on cyber performance situation assessment (CPSA) is provided in the article. Then Combining with the complexity of the data, a method of combining fuzzy theory with machine learning is provided and used in the automated cyber performance situation assessment. The last experimental results demonstrate a result of the cyber performance situation assessment, which is obtained via the fuzzy correlation analysis technology.
