In D2D communication, user data is transmitted directly between terminals without network or Base Station (BS) transferring, which can reduce the burden on the BS, has a great prospect in improving the system performance. Compared with the traditional Pear-to-Pear (P2P) in 4G, the major advantage of D2D is introducing the power control mechanisms. So in this paper, we introduce a Stackelberg game based caching incentive strategy to promote D2D communication, at the same time, control the transmission power to reduce interference. The simulation results show that our proposed caching incentive strategy can minimize the total cost through promoting the D2D communication.
