The modulate frequency by coded pulse signal

In this paper, to resolve problems of the pulse step frequency signal, which are range-Doppler coupling and low data using, a new signal named the modulate frequency by coded pulse signal is designed. It can alleviate these problems at the same time and improve the capability of radar signal.
