Social networking sites data, data streams, data collected from sensors are unstructured in nature. The text mining technique utilizes these data for discovering interesting fact. One of the problem faced is extracting the facts from unstructured data. Many data analytics application are based on these unstructured data. The semi unstructured document lacks these structuring characteristics [6]. There are no relations with associated predicates, no attribute-value pairs, no tags-value and no n-tuples. Consequently, there is no information asserted by any relation about the contents of an unstructured document. For some unstructured documents, it is possible and useful to impose structure by establishing XML file over the information contents of the document. This paper discuss an approach to extracting information from semi-unstructured documents and reformulating the information.
