Students have significant role to establish information security in a university. Their large population is associated with high possibility to be involved in various problems on information security. Moreover, informatics students come from various background, habit, experience, intellectual. Therefore, they must aware information security as required by university. This research is applied by measuring whether informatics students have adequate information security awareness (ISA). The measurement is demonstrated using quantitative assessment with three dimensions: knowledge, attitude, and behavior. This research employs 66 criteria which are distributed into 30 criteria in High while 26 are Medium and the rest are Low. This research also delivers all dimensions in Medium category based on their general average scores. These results are not fully satisfying due to High is not most dominant than other categories. Considering the detailed scores, the university can intepret critical issues to be anticipated for information security in the future. These results can be leveraged as insight for university's top-management to provide relevant ISA programs for informatics students.
